Recruiting Leaders and Professionals in Business
Posted on May 5, 2010Be more picky in your recruiting for your business. I interview now and have very high standards. Here are a few key questions:
1. Would I pay this person money to be on my team?
2. Is this person in my top 10%?
3. Do I have synergy with them?
These are very important questions. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ALL OW EVERYONE IN YOUR BUSINESS!
